An overview of seven key behavioral Factors that influence decisions (e.g. identity/kinship, cognitive biases, temporal perceptions) and 30+ associated strategies/tactics to address those factors . The toolkit’s components include Factor cards (each outlining a behavioral factor and its design implications), Strategy cards mapping evidence-based tactics to those factors, and Challenge cards or worksheets to diagnose barriers and brainstorm solutions.
